Booking confirm from your side but when we reach there. They said no room available they give other hotel.and charge more

it was really bad, the owner and workers were rude, the rooms were dirty , they smelled weird, the bed sheets and blankets were dirtyroom was very congested, no windows that lead to fresh air.

the whole experience was bad, they kept trying to charge extra and there r zero facilities, we ended up getting sick cus of the dirty environment in the room and property. rooms are nothing like what they show.

Location was good

They didnt enable the AC even its mentioned in the booking.Bathrooms muslim shower was not working.They are charging full payment on the spot no advance.

Nothing about the stay was good the only good thing was leaving the place

The beds had stains and the room was filthy also on the website it said they had a baby cot which we requested for our 10month old baby but as we got there and asked for it the manager was clueless, also it was supposed to be 8000 for they stay but charged us 15000+, would not recommend this place expecially for familys and kids. Breakfast was not included

For the money paid.. It's acceptable. One tip for future customers.. The guy told me the room has AC but its not covered for Booking.com bookings.. I was pissed, and he finally agreed to include the AC.. So make sure to resist, else they may charge some insane amount.

The area is in the middle of thw market.. If you're with family, you may hate the place the moment you walk out of your building.. Its mostly run by afghan pashtoons and mostly not well educated folks so you can't expect anything extraordinary.

The water provided to us was not cold, and the glass it served wasn't clean and had an unpleasant taste. The towel we were given was also unclean, and initially, there were no toothpaste or soap supplies. Later on, they provided us with a small bar of soap.

All of it staircase was death trap generator banging away all night as if room was about to cave in terrible avoid

It is good choice to spend night or two. Rooms were cleaned and maintained. It is located near good restaurant i.e. Khyber Shinwari (Peshawar Modd) and you can access Faisal Masjid or Centaurus shopping mall by 10mints drive and Pakistan monument by 20 minutes drive.

The attitude of owner. He urged us to cancel the booking.com and stay as walk-in visitor. Owner is too sharp and money-minded individual. If you pay by credit or debit card they charge 2.5% additional. And demands complete payment in advance (if you stay for two or more nights pay advance) so strange! In this price neither air condition nor taxes included.

They charged additional money for AC which they didn't mentioned before they scam people

only matress were good quality.... and all the restaurants were nearby.

staff was not cooperative. ..... bathrooms were very dirty.....bed sheets and pillow case were very dirty.... hotel charged an extra amount for AC......even they switch off AC without asking.

We book the hotel room but once we reach to the hotel.There is no room available so hotel person show an another hotel room which was not properly clean.Its 2:00 clock Am and I can not go any where with family so we stay there for one night.

When i reached the hotel after booking, i was told by staff and the owner that the price i have made booking AC is not included. If i want AC, i must pay extra amount.

Only the locatation was good. All the amenities were near.

Staff behaviour was very unprofessional. They were quite ignorant and not ready to provide any support during my stay.

The hotel is scams they will give you room online then they will say your booking was not online we are not accepting booking online and then they will charge you more

They overbooked the guest house so they had to move me to a second guest house which was under renovation. The AC and the fan were periodically turned off.

Very dirty smelly place with pathetic amenities .... I was not even offered water on arrival

The place is in the main bazar and all the facilities and restaurants are at a walking distance.Rooms are good ,spacious and clean.AC is available but needs to pay extra 500PKR for one night.Good hot water supply.LED,WIFI and basic soap and one towel,no other toiletries.

As mentioned the facilities list in the advertisement, many of the items are not available.For example no city view or no view at all.No electric kettle,no iron,No blanket cover,unhygienic quilt/ blankets used again and again by all guests.No lift is there.No room service.See the picture the items marked red are not there.They have increased the rates as were one month before.almost double.

The location of the property is good. alot of small restaurants and even a clinic is nearby. so that is the reason it was good. You can order stuff easily.

The staff at reception were charging us extra for the things that we ordered and lied to us. We got to know this when we ordered same dish which amounted to 1650 Pkr and they were charging us 2000 pkr. Upon confrontation, they said the restaurant quoted us this price which was a naked lie. They also turn off the air conditioning from time to time Although we are paying the money they ask.
